Refund & Returns Policy

This policy sets out how refunds, cancellations, and credits work for products and services sold by Wraxylonzor. It complements your statutory rights as a consumer and the specific clauses in any order confirmation you receive at checkout.

Principle. We aim to resolve payment concerns quickly. If something fails on our side, you receive a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. If you change your mind, time windows depend on the product type below.

2. Scope and order of precedence

This document applies to consumer and small-business buyers unless a bespoke enterprise contract states otherwise. If checkout screens, invoices, or written statements include product-specific refund rules, those rules add detail but may not reduce statutory protections. In case of genuine conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.

3. Digital educational goods

Downloadable guides, templates, audio, or video files are digital content. Where the law grants a fourteen-day cooling-off right for distance contracts, you lose that right once you begin streaming or downloading beyond a short preview if we clearly informed you of that consequence before purchase. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible through no fault of yours, notify us within fourteen days of discovery. We will first attempt redelivery. If redelivery fails within five business days, you may request a full refund of the affected item.

Goodwill window

Outside strict legal minima, we may offer partial credit if you explain why the material did not match the described learning level, subject to fair use review.

Licence end

Refunds do not automatically cancel any limited licence to retain copies you already downloaded; we may request deletion where appropriate.

4. Consulting sessions and live workshops

Single sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice. Cancellations with shorter notice may incur a fifty percent fee to reflect reserved practitioner time. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your election. Multi-hour intensives may carry stricter cut-off times stated on the booking page.

5. Multi-week programmes and challenges

Cohort programmes display start dates and withdrawal deadlines before payment. Unless stated otherwise, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund if the programme has not begun and you have not accessed more than a designated welcome module. After the first live session or release of core curriculum assets—whichever occurs first—refunds are calculated pro rata for unused weeks, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we disclose upfront (for example venue deposits).

6. Instalment plans and bundles

If you pay in instalments, cancelling mid-program stops future charges but does not automatically reverse prior instalments unless a refund condition above is met. Bundled products are refunded as a package unless items were priced separately on the invoice and unused items can be objectively separated.

7. Faulty performance and service outages

If hosted materials become unavailable due to infrastructure failure on our side for more than forty-eight consecutive hours during an active access period, we extend access by double the outage duration or issue a partial refund proportional to the affected portion of the programme.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a card chargeback. We supply transaction receipts, delivery logs, and consent records to your bank when accurate. Abusive chargebacks may lead to account closure and recovery of costs where permitted.

9. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. Banking networks may add processing time. If the original route is closed, we will agree an alternative traceable channel subject to fraud checks.

10. Consumer rights and policy updates

UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations. Nothing here excludes those protections. We review this Refund & Returns Policy when pricing, delivery formats, or legal guidance changes.
